Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
If you need to cancel your massage appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. Unless there is an emergency, cancellations within less than 24 hours and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the full price of the service scheduled for the appointment.

Gift Certificates
All gift certificates expire one year after date issued. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
