Background
My path into this work came through my own experiences with ongoing physical and emotional challenges, and a long period of feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.
It became clear that if I didn’t begin working with myself in a more intentional way, things would continue in the same direction.
I was introduced to meditation and the deeper practice of yoga during this time, which began to shift how I understood the body, attention, and internal experience.
Through consistent practice, I came to see that while many tools can help regulate the nervous system in the short term, there are deeper ways of working with the body and awareness that create more lasting stability and clarity.
Over time, this opened into a broader understanding of how patterns, emotions, and internal dynamics shape our experience, and how they can be worked with directly.
This continues to inform the way I approach my work today.
