I’m Dillon Reed.
I work with individuals who are navigating periods of uncertainty, transition, or internal change.
This may look like feeling lost, working through emotional or physical tension, integrating meaningful experiences, or reconnecting with a sense of direction.

Integration & Grounding Sessions
A space to slow down, reflect, and work through what you’re experiencing, supporting clarity,
emotional processing, and integration during times of transition or internal change.
Massage Therapy & Bodywork
Hands-on work supporting physical release, reducing tension, improving mobility, and
calming the nervous system, while also creating space for deeper awareness and integration.
Energy Work (Reiki)
Gentle, hands-on or hands-off work supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the
natural movement of energy in the body, creating space for balance, release, and deeper awareness.
Hypnotherapy
Working with deeper patterns through guided awareness and focused attention,
supporting lasting change in thoughts, behaviors, and the way you relate to your experience.

Background
My work is shaped by years of personal exploration, body-based practices, and a strong interest in how awareness, breath, and attention influence the body and nervous system.
This approach continues to inform how I work with individuals—meeting what is present and supporting the natural process of change and integration.
I also have a background in massage therapy and hypnotherapy.
Outside of my work, I have a deep appreciation for travel and experiencing different cultures, including time spent in Peru and India.
